Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in its original packaging
  • Item is not damaged due to customer handling
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Bread & Baked Goods: All bakery items are perishable and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Used Candles: Candles that have been lit or show signs of use
  • Custom Orders: Any personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return
  3. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
  4. Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item to our address (provided in confirmation email)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
